Expanding, instead of waiting for help
We at Waterjet have used the decision on lifting the fixed Euro-Swiss franc exchange rate in January as an opportunity to react with strength and proactively to the new situation.
If neither the National Bank nor economic policy support the Swiss export companies, we will help ourselves. However, instead of laying off people or introducing shorter working hours, we are improving our internal processes at Waterjet. The magic words here are Innovation, Process optimization and Automation.
Thanks to this strategy Microwaterjet is growing. In the meantime, our new processes induced the introduction of a new ERP and new people. This means nothing other than: Microwaterjet is looking for new personnel.
