Research and development: Investing in the future
Seedtime and harvest is a tried and true principle, also when it comes to corporate success. That’s why research and development has always been a priority at Waterjet, in order to ensure the company’s future and secure jobs for the region.
This September we put this principle into practice again. Dr. Giderius Augustinavicius from Lithuania was hired as a new research assistant for the STEEP research program, a program with which the results of Comfort Jet, a multidisciplinary European research project of the University of Nottingham, are being implemented.
This continues Waterjet’s status as a beacon in water-jet cutting technology research.
